House rules

• No pets allowed
• Our cottage is non-smoking
• The cottage is not wheelchair accessible
• There are surveillance cameras that are used only for safety purposes
• Waiver and declaration of damages must be signed no later than the
   day of arrival.
• Arrival and departure must be agreed with the owner beforehand
• A security deposit of CAN 350 will be retained upon arrival and no
  damages have been occurred it will be repaid
• Final cleaning is obligatory and must be transferred to our Canadian
  account with the rental price before arrival in the amount of CAN 150.

•elctricity is included up to 15 kw/h per day. All over will be deducted from deposit.

• wood stove in the living room is not open to tenants due to insurance issues.

• Do not put ash from camp fire in the woods. Use the Ash bin. This is important to stay safe and secure at any time.
• Cancellation conditions are as follows:
  50% refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival,
  100% for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival
• Minimum stay 3 days
• When leaving, the domicile has to be left behind: rubbish emptied,
   beds removed, laundry in the laundry basket, dishwashing and tidying
   up, sweeping away from the coarse dirt, barbecue cleaned.
• Please be careful with our holiday house. It is a piece of happiness for
  us. We wish that you feel comfortable with us, as well as all guests
  after you. Perhaps you would like to come back to this beautiful spot
  again?
• Found spices, charcoal, detergents etc. may be used. These are
  practical things the previous tenant has made available to you and
  everyone is looking forward to. It would be nice if you would provide
  this when something was put up again. Thank you so much!
